Resident review

Positives: good location, nice layout of apartments, kitchens are spacious with ample storage, friendly/helpful staff, maintenance usually responds to requests in a timely manner. Negatives: hot tub did not work the entire year I lived there and that was including the 6 months before everything was closed down d/t Covid. Gates usually do not function properly and therefore less security. No deadbolts on the apt doors, which also means less security. Walls and floors must be paper thin and without insulation because you can hear every step the neighbors above take and a lot through the walls. Patios are small. Elevators are not in every building. Parking is limited for visitors and some residents even use those spots on a long term basis. The roof on the covered car ports is not big enough to cover all of a truck, so if it hails you’re out of luck. Quite a bit of road noise from Research pkwy, including loud semi trucks, that Jake break. Construction of a new complex going on across the street, which creates a lot of dust, noise and street traffic out front.

Tony from maintenance is awesome! He responds and addresses my requests immediately and always leaves me a note indicating what he did. I really appreciate how promptly my maintenance requests have been attended too! Thank you Tony and Elements crew!

It's home now

I've lived in many apartment complexes, but until now I've never felt like my apartment was HOME. Maintenance is top-notch, always responsive. My 2 bed floor plan feels larger than it is. Light fixtures, panelled doors, washer & dryer, even door knobs are well above average. Managers are genuinely nice. There are even enough electrical outlets. It's well worth the money.

Best Place I have Ever Lived

This is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in because , on top of the great apartment and amenities, the management staff is top-notch. They work hard to get residents exactly what they need. They are responsive, kind, and helpful. This was a big contrast with other places I have lived in the past.

Great place to live!

I moved out of state without touring this apartment as I needed a place to live fast for work. The team at Elements worked with me over the phone for my move in and everything went smoothly on move in day. I’ve been here for two years and have had zero problems and have no complaints. The maintenance crew is quick and always says hello to my dog and I when we’re out walking. If I need a repair in my apartment it’s done within the same day. The leasing team is also incredible! So very kind whenever my dog and I go into the leasing office to ask questions. They even give my dog treats and love every time we stop in! I’m sad to be leaving this place in the next month, but I can’t seem to say enough about this place. From moving across the country to a new place where I didn’t know anyone, Elements made me feel right at home! Thank you for all you’ve done, Elements at Briargate!!

Home away from home

Elements at Briargate is a lovely apartment community. I live with 2 dogs in a 1 bedroom apartment, and I'm so comfortable here that I often mistakenly tell my dogs that we're going in the house Elaine is wonderful and she knows everyone by first name. She has made me feel so comfortable here having moved 2000 miles away from the east coast. I would recommend living at Elements to anyone. The apartments are located very close to shopping and restaurants and a very short drive from the onramps to the highway. So far I have no regrets about choosing to live here.

Apartment's are not inspected before turned over to new

Maintenance is slow to respond, they are not prepared to fix major issues. Maintenance does not send text alerts when jobs are completed, although you are signed up for text alerts.

to many extra charges

To many hiding charges. should not have to pay a 3.95 fee every month to some company to run the utilities. Should not have to pay 10 for garbage every month. All that should be included in rent. my electric bill is way to high. It must be covering some kind of electric outside my apartment. heater area or something. Just wrong. Should not have to pay for parking space every month. Will move on when time is up. staff is very good.

Enjoyed my time at Elements

I loved the area that the property was in and it had all the amenities you could need. It was upgraded and a really nice place to live. The only downfall was being able to hear my neighbors far too well.

Not as impressed as I was at move in.

Staff not consistent with up keep on tenants balconies. ie clothes hanging over, clutter on them, Christmas lights still on them in March. As far a noise and hearing neighbors all too well My upstairs neighbor drives me crazy with slamming things and walking very heavy with shoes on CONSTANTLY throughout the day. My cupboards vibrate when they run their dishwasher. I can literally hear their washing machine when it spins and my laundry room vibrates. I will not be renewing my lease. Maintenance is great however One morning after it snowed they were clearing off the sidewalks and one of them offered to blow the snow off of my car as I was leaving for work which really made my day Overall staff is professional the few times I've had to speak with them.

I love it here

The facilities are kept up very nice. The maintenance crew is awesome. The staff know your name and always greet you with a smile. The building construction is very well done - not low end materials. Work hard to keep the tenants very happy

Set the Standard for Apartment Complexes

As my first time renting an apartment, the Elements at Briargate set the standard for what I should look for in other apartments. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful all throughout the process and were always readily available whenever I needed help with something or ran into any issues. The quality of the apartments were amazing, with brand new appliances and a modern design, and the quality of the grounds only continue to improve with continued maintenance and construction to upkeep the apartment complex. Additionally, the Elements at Briargate is in an extremely convenient location, with the Promenade Shops at Briargate right next door and everything else that you could need only minutes away. Would highly recommend these apartments to anyone and everyone.

Nice place, generally quiet. No elevator in some buildings, so living on the 4th floor can be tiring if you're carrying heavy objects.

Awesome place to reside

I would share with them it's in a great location for shopping, I-25, not in a position in town where everyday rift raft come thru and being on North end of the Springs. The staff is very professional and always very keen on assisting you in anyway they can. Elaine, Bridget and the head maintenance man I apologize, I forgot his name are amazing New, Clean, very good quality of appliances and just the base of craftsmanshipNot your normal apartment complex I'm very happy w living here.

Extremely beautiful Elements Apartment

This Elements Apartment is an extremely beautiful, well kept and peaceful community. Everything is so beautiful that I feel like I am at a HOTEL. The office staff are extremely accommodating and friendly also. It could not be better locate and is amidst a lot of shopping, restaurants, transportation and schools. It offer amenities that most communities do not.

NOISE

It Doesn't Get Any Better Than This

After living in apartments for the majority of my life and within a large metropolitan city, these apartments are by far the best. Not only do I have a beautiful apartment, but the staff are responsive and such a pleasure to work with. There is no noise level to ever complain about or to be disturbed by. During incremental weather, it is nice to be able to walk inside hallways to the apartment that is safe from the cold, snow and rain. Having the Shops at Briargate within walking distance is the best part. Colorado Springs is more of a suburb than a city that provides necessities within walking distance, so to have shops and restaurants within a 5 minute walk, makes living here even better.

The property is beautiful and well maintained, even ami

Our apartment is wonderful. We have great appliances, granite countertops, beautiful flooring, and high ceilings. There is a good amount of storage space, although a coat closet or storage closet would have been an appreciated addition. The amenities are great and well cared for. The clubhouse is stylish and welcoming. This is a fairly quiet area. You don't hear your neighbors often. Best of all dogs are welcome I think they should turn the field across the street into a dog park

The staff there are literally the best They each work with a genuine care and concern for each tenant. The best management staff I have ever had. The apartments are beautifully designed and have amazing amenities. The pool area is a big plus as it has a small water ledge for the kiddos to play. They even have a kid play area in the gym and who doesn't love free coffee

Excellent staff, winning building, great location

This building is beautiful. Note, it is very pricy, but you are paying for a luxury building with luxury amenities. The staff is exceptional. Highly professional, welcoming, prompt to resolve issues. It is an excellent location to the Air Force Academy and other key locales i.e. Promenade Shops, churches, strong schools, quick and easy access to the main highway. Very pet-friendly. Great building.

So far so good

It's nice.

It would have been nice for the parking cover support beams to be on the sides instead of just 1 in the middle so it doesn't block the car doors when parked.

Great Community

"Friendly staff, very accommodating and great customer service Parking has been a issue but it is understandable with the carports under construction still and that makes for lack of parking. Once everything is done I know there will be plenty of parking Looking forward for the completion of the construction. Overall has been a great experience and the construction on the other buildings hasn't been a disruption at all When all said and done this will be a BEAUTIFUL property "
