I love it here!
I’ve lived here a year and a half and absolutely love it. First off the leasing office staff is very friendly and are such ... a pleasure to talk to. They truly make it feel like home. Also, they are very quick in responding to any questions I may have . In terms of parking I love having a carport spot especially when it snows and hails in the summer. I was a little hesitant to having reserved parking at first but glad it is reserved so you don’t have to search out for a spot everyday. My apartment has a very modern design and is very cozy. It’s so great to have a full washer and dryer too. Maintenance here is very helpful and is very quick to respond for emergency situations. For normal requests they also respond in a reasonable amount of time:) I also really love having a free coffee bar and free printing! The fitness room is great too with amazing modern equipment. New Resident
So far the property is nice. It’s quiet out here and the value is worth it. The inside looks better in person than the pictures ... do it justice online. Olivia has been a tremendous help with getting moved in. Unfortunately there still is some work that needs to be done on my apartment that wasn’t completed prior to my move in (not a big deal things happen) the one unfortunate part is the parking situation. You have to plan to have a visitor because you can only get a visitors parking pass when the office is open so if someone visits after 6, they can’t stay parked on premises without being towed. Tony is the Best!!!
Tony the repair/maintenance person deserves a massive raise!!! My dryer was making a scratchy, screechy sound and he replaced ... it super quick yesterday morning. The elevator in my building isn't working and he carried the old dryer down three flights of stairs and carried up the new dryer. He did all of this without complaining!!!!!! I can't even imagine how heavy these dryers are. Even a month ago when he was figuring out what was going on with my dryer he went out of his way to look into other issues I mentioned. We love The Elements at Briargate!
The Elements at Briargate were the first apartments my boyfriend and I toured when looking to relocate to Colorado Springs, ... and ended up being our favorite complex by far. The staff (shoutout Joe) is incredibly friendly and helpful. They remember us by name and seem genuinely excited to see the residents. I have lived here a year now. I love it! The staff is so friendly and helpful. Work orders are addressed quickly. The noise ... from other apartments is very minimal. When I had a broken ankle the front office sent me flowers and a card. The parking lot was just re-paved and it looks amazing! I am new to Colorado Springs, so the prices for the small apartment was shocking, but the gated community, immentities, and area are worth it. I highly recommend these apartment homes. The pool noise is insane. 1, 2 sometimes three in the morning. Screaming people. There needs to be set hours for the pool. ... Harassment from Management
Will never live at this complex again. The management will harass you for $20 when it’s their system that’s faulty. I have ... autopay setup and never miss my rent payment but the past two months they’ve had charges appear after the autopay for rent has gone through. The 24 hour business office’s equipment doesn’t actually work, it’s just a showpiece. If you want something scanned you have to go find an employee during business hours even though my rent is paying for all the amenities to be functionable. Paying for parking is an absolute joke and a disgrace. The Moen apartment appliances come from Walmart and are cheap. If I’m overpaying for an apartment everything should be of quality. The maintenance team goes above and beyond any time that something needs fixed. They are always smiling and greet you with kindness unlike the pompous attitude coming from the management. Any time I see the maintenance crew outside they always say hello. When something breaks they are there to fix it right away every time. This became home..
After 17 years as missionaries in South Africa, returning to the USA was a huge adjustment for our entire family… We found ... Elements fairly quickly and it was a unanimous vote of yes from everyone! The office personnel were extremely friendly and incredibly helpful. It was truly such an “easy landing” for us after having made the huge transition. During our stay at Elements, the office and maintenance staff members have alway been quick to help and to process/resolve any requests, they have maintained the facilities well, and have operated with excellence. Last, but not least, they have always been extremely friendly. Friendly, excellent service is hard to come by these days!! And all of this has helped to make Elements home… The only reason that we have ended up moving, is that someone blessed us with a home. Otherwise we would never have even considered moving. 3rd Year and Still Happy
I'm in my third year at Elements, and it's a great place to live. My floor plan keeps me from feeling trapped in a regular ... apartment. The office staff are prompt and professional, and the maintenance staff are simply excellent. The complex is very dog-friendly, with plenty of designated pooping places and bags that are always stocked. I like the neighborhood for walking, and the Promenade Shops are about two blocks away. Resident review
Positives: good location, nice layout of apartments, kitchens are spacious with ample storage, friendly/helpful staff, maintenance ... usually responds to requests in a timely manner. Negatives: hot tub did not work the entire year I lived there and that was including the 6 months before everything was closed down d/t Covid. Gates usually do not function properly and therefore less security. No deadbolts on the apt doors, which also means less security. Walls and floors must be paper thin and without insulation because you can hear every step the neighbors above take and a lot through the walls. Patios are small. Elevators are not in every building. Parking is limited for visitors and some residents even use those spots on a long term basis. The roof on the covered car ports is not big enough to cover all of a truck, so if it hails you’re out of luck. Quite a bit of road noise from Research pkwy, including loud semi trucks, that Jake break. I've lived in many apartment complexes, but until now I've never felt like my apartment was HOME. Maintenance is top-notch, ... always responsive. My 2 bed floor plan feels larger than it is. Great place to live!
I moved out of state without touring this apartment as I needed a place to live fast for work. The team at Elements worked ... with me over the phone for my move in and everything went smoothly on move in day. I’ve been here for two years and have had zero problems and have no complaints. The maintenance crew is quick and always says hello to my dog and I when we’re out walking. If I need a repair in my apartment it’s done within the same day. The leasing team is also incredible! So very kind whenever my dog and I go into the leasing office to ask questions. They even give my dog treats and love every time we stop in! I’m sad to be leaving this place in the next month, but I can’t seem to say enough about this place. I live with 2 dogs in a 1 bedroom apartment, and I'm so comfortable ... here that I often mistakenly tell my dogs that we're going in the house Elaine is wonderful and she knows everyone by first name. She has made me feel so comfortable here having moved 2000 miles away from the east coast. I would recommend living at Elements to anyone.
